The objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell is to develop an approchable and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious atmosphere in the institution.
Grievance committee will review all cases and will act accordingly as per institution policy.
Report of grievance committee will be forwarded to the principal for further action.
Corrective actions will be undertaken and recorded in appropriate register.
Maintain reports of action taken on the complaint registered.
